Small Group Prenatal Yoga

Class Description

When a group of pregnant people come together to practice yoga and join in community, it makes pregnancy much less isolating and it can be really transformative and healing. Practicing in a group setting is wonderful for that reason. It is an honor and one of my favorite things to lead prenatal group classes when I get the chance to connect clients and students. I'm currently only offering this online.
