Here's what to expect: In this series we will explore yoga practices that are appropriate for the Spring season and discuss what that means! We will explore postures, movements, breathwork, mantras, meditations and Ayurvedic practices that are beneficial during this season. Each week, we will have a live zoom class (times below) and in addition, I will send an email with a focus for that week. The Spring Equinox which, is significant for marking renewal, the official start of Spring and balancing (day and night are even lengths) will occur on Monday, March 20 this year and we will dedicate our 3/19 practice & weekly recitation to the Equinox.
